Qualifications

Job description

Process monthly payroll using payroll system. Ensure all statutory deductions of EPF, SOCSO, and Income Tax are submitted on a timely and accurate manner.

Prepare monthly and annual company manpower, payroll, and related HR reports for the Accounting Department.

Prepare year-end documents and submissions of EA Form.

Monitor staff leave entitlement, leave applications, and other special leave benefits.

Monitor employee attendance.

Check & verify monthly staff reimbursements.

Administer HR internal control policies and procedures aligned with ISO 9001:2015 and corporate directions.

Attend to employee queries regarding HR policies & procedures.

Assist in counseling and managing employee performance and disciplinary issues.

Maintain employee records and update personal details regularly.

Post job openings.

Conduct candidate search, screening, and selection, including documentation.

Organize interviews.

Execute the Performance Management process, including planning, coaching, and review throughout the year.

Manage onboarding by integrating new employees into the organization and culture through induction.

Handle off-boarding processes, including resignation receipt, resignation acceptance letter, system updates, and exit checklist preparation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field with at least 2 years of experience.

Well-versed with Malaysian Labour Law.

Proficient in MS Office applications.

Passionate about continuous improvement and process simplification.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Good interpersonal skills.

Fluent in Mandarin preferred, as the role requires interaction with Mandarin-speaking employees.
