Job Description

We are seeking a driven HR Executive (Recruitment & Admin) to lead our talent recruitment efforts and support HR operations across multiple outlets. You will play a key role in sourcing and onboarding the right people to power the growth of one of Malaysia’s fastest-growing F&B brands.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Recruitment

Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offers

Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates

Collaborate with outlet managers to forecast hiring needs

Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent

Look for suitable talents in each roles

HR & Admin Operations

Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation

Track attendance, leave, and staff claims

Assist in payroll preparation and monthly reports

Handle general office admin tasks and SOP filing

Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws

Requirements

Preferably at least 1 year of HR experience, especially in recruitment or F&B industry

Passion for people, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail

Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and multitask

Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

Fluent in English & Bahasa; Mandarin is an advantage
