We are expanding and looking for HR Administrators based in Malaysia to assist our Hong Kong HR team with various HR operations responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Cantonese and English to communicate effectively with Hong Kong-based teammates. Responsibilities
Onboarding & HR Administration: Support onboarding processes, prepare HR documents, and liaise with various teams for onboarding setup and logistics.
HR Data & Systems Management: Maintain and update employee records, manage system access in HR systems, and participate in system testing and enhancement projects.
Payroll & Attendance Support: Assist with payroll processing, data entry, payroll item processing, and attendance tracking.
Employee Benefits & Leave Management: Administer leave records, medical and life insurance matters, and prepare HR-related documents.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least one year of experience in HR or administrative roles.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin/Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking Hong Kong-based staff.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel) for HR document preparation and data management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage deadlines efficiently.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work on Malaysia Public Holiday.
