Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong command of Workday and a passion for healthcare excellence? KPJ Damansara Specialist Hospital is looking for a dynamic Human Resource Executive to join our dedicated team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Human Resource Executive, you will be entrusted with supporting our Human Resource Management Services, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the employee life cycle. Your main duties will include:

Managing end-to-end employee life cycle processes via Workday, including onboarding, probation, transfers, and data updates.

Maintaining accurate and current HR data on HRIS – covering annual leave, medical benefits, employment terms, etc.

Processing pre- and post-payroll activities using i-Net, and verifying OT, locum, and claims.

Monitoring staff attendance and maintaining data for year-end performance evaluations.

Ensuring compliance with HR policies and the Hospital Handbook.

Providing guidance to staff on compensation, benefits, and related HR matters.

Coordinating internal and external training programs, including liaising with vendors and the GHRM Talent & Development team.

Supporting any other HR-related duties as required by the department.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate who possesses:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Office Management, TESL, or a related field.

Strong working knowledge of the Workday HR system is essential.

Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Melayu, with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage time and tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
