This role responsible for HR activities including hiring, engagement, administrative support. Ensure close collaboration with operation & support team. Proactively drive ongoing business process improvement.
Your tasks
- Assisting with the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening applications and coordinating interviews
- Assisting with the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures and processes
- Providing HR support to employees, including answering queries, addressing concerns and helping to resolve issues
- Coordinating employee onboarding, training and development activities
- Maintaining employee records and files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Collaborating with managers to identify and address HR-related needs
- Staying up-to-date with labour laws, regulations and best practices in human resources
Your Qualifications
- Preferably Diploma or Degree in HR Management or Business Administration or related disciplines
- At least 2-3 years of manufacturing background experience in a human resources generalist role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
- A team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.
- SAP knowledge (advantageous)
