Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Support execution of performance management programs and administer confirmation review process.
  • Responsible for staff movement including resignation, retirement, and termination processing and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database.
  • Responsible to ensure all personal files are updated and manage effectively
  • Ensure that all reports are accurate, well-structured, and aligned with stakeholder requirements, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • To support and conduct employee engagement activities.
  • To assist in talent acquisition process - advertising, sourcing potential candidates through various platforms, arranging interview.
  • Assist in handling employees’ disciplinary matters and documentations as and when required.
  • Support the payroll processing as necessary.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by manager as and when required
Qualifications

Job requirements:

  • Possess Diploma with experience in related field / Degree in HR Management or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years working experiences as HR generalist or talent acquisition, from retail industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiar with any HRIS software.
  • A team player with proven leadership skills, positive, service oriented
