Job description
Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for local roles, ensuring hiring efforts align with plan needs.
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle covering onboarding, new employee orientation, employment confirmation, internal transfers, exit and offboarding processes, while ensuring all processes are executed in accordance with procedures and proper documentation.
  • Responsible for recruitment KPIs and hiring effectiveness, ensure timely updates on open positions and lead time improvement.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of employee data in SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC).
  • Maintain and monitor leave and attendance records through the integrated Dormakaba system within SF with regular audits on data entries and resolving discrepancies.
  • Prepare and issue standard HR letters and documentation.
  • Prepare and compile monthly HR reports, including overtime, attendance and leave records.
  • Responsible for operational aspects of employee wellness and benefits administration such as EPF, SOCSO, and medical and insurance coverage.
  • Support visa-related processes for expatriates including documentation and follow-up with relevant authorities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners such as cleaning services to track service performance and document submission deadlines.
  • Provide support for employee relations by addressing queries, handling grievances, and promoting a positive workplace environment.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture, co-chairing the Sports Committee.
Your profile
  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or other related study with excellent results
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in human resource operational capacity or as an HR generalist, with a strong advantage for candidates familiar with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors
  • Ability to analyze business needs on HR support and initiate process improvement ideas
  • A team player that demonstrates good interpersonal and communication skill in English
  • High sense of confidentiality, responsibility and commitment.
