- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word & Excel for preparing HR documents and time management, leave and attendance spreadsheet
- Good at organizing HR documents and files in a systematic manner
- Able to communicate well both in writing and orally
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to learn new skills and acquire knowledge fast
- Preferably candidate with knowledge in Employment Act and other relevant Government Statutory Act
- Organized, well-disciplined, and able to work both independently and in a group.
- Recruitment: Developing hiring strategies, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, managing the selection process.
- Onboarding: Designing and implementing programs to integrate new hires smoothly into the company culture and their roles.
- Workforce Planning: Analyzing current and future staffing needs in alignment with business goals.
- Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Conflict Resolution: Acting as a mediator to address workplace disputes, grievances, and disciplinary issues fairly and consistently.
- Policy Development & Communication: Creating, updating, and communicating HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Essential for interacting with employees at all levels, resolving conflicts, and presenting information.
- Problem-Solving & Decision- Making: Addressing complex employee and organizational issues.
- Ethical Conduct & Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Leadership & Influence: Gaining trust, advising managers, and driving HR initiatives.
- Knowledge of Employment Law: Staying current with constantly evolving regulations.
- System Design & Implementation: Creating and managing processes for setting goals, conducting performance reviews(appraisals), and providing feedback.
- Coaching Managers: Training managers on how to conduct effective performance discussions and provide constructive feedback.
- Managing Underperformance: Developing improvement plans and handling terminations when necessary.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
