As our HR Executive, you’ll play a vital role in shaping a thriving workplace culture across multiple diverse entities, 80 employees. Responsibilities :

Manage Recruitment Activities: Oversee the full hiring process—from job postings and sourcing to interviews, assessments, and onboarding—in collaboration with department managers.

Talent Sourcing: Identify suitable candidates via job portals, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Seek), and employee referrals.

Employee Onboarding & Training: Facilitate smooth onboarding and support training initiatives to ensure new hires are well-integrated.

HR Generalist Support: Assist in day-to-day HR operations such as leave tracking, employee engagement activities, and maintaining accurate personnel records.

Support Performance & Development: Coordinate probation reviews, performance feedback, and career growth discussions with leadership.

Requirements :

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven Experience: Experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in an SME environment.

Familiarity with Recruitment Tools: Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing platforms.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with candidates and internal teams.

Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
