With over a decade of expertise in the VRV System and a strong portfolio of clients including Burger King, 99 Speedmart, and various F&B businesses, we continue to expand and innovate across the industry.

As part of our growth, we are looking for a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Executive to join our team. This role is a key position supporting our people strategy, recruitment efforts, and day-to-day HR operations.

What will you be responsible for?
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR-related documentation.
  • Assist in payroll processing and leave administration.
  • Oversee employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
  • Handle disciplinary matters, employee grievances, and HR compliance with employment laws.
  • Support performance management processes and HR policy implementation.
What do we need from you?
  • Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant HR experience (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HR software or payroll systems is a plus.
  • Familiar with labor laws and HR best practices in Malaysia.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
