A leading company is seeking an HR Executive to partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and enhance employee engagement. The role involves managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with laws, and contributing to a positive workplace culture. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in Malaysia and Singapore, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Recruitment & Employer Branding: Partner with hiring managers to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding. Ensure we attract top talent while promoting a positive candidate experience. Portion to some employer branding activities such as career fairs and branding write-ups.
Employee Relations: Provide guidance on employee relations issues, offering advice and support to managers and employees on conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
Employee Engagement: Drive engagement initiatives, ensure a positive work culture, and contribute to employee retention strategies.
Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws while driving continuous process improvements to enhance HR efficiency and customer-centricity.
Requirements:
Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years in an HR role, with hands-on experience in recruitment and/or employee relations. Experience in a similar HR Business Partner role in both MY & SG markets would be an added advantage.
Sound understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
Ability to resolve complex employee issues with empathy, and professionalism.
Comfortable with ambiguity and possess a strong desire to learn on the go.
