About the role

We are seeking a Human Resource Executive to join our dedicated team at House Of Diplomats Sdn Bhd in Petaling Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.

What you'll be doing

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires

Administer employee records, contracts, and HR-related documents

Assist with the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures

Preparing Payroll

Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive employee experience

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a consulting or service-oriented environment

Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels

Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite

Demonstrable knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and regulations

A proactive, customer-focused mindset and a passion for people management

Languages: English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
