Job Title: Human Resources Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Malaysia labor laws, excellent communication skills, and experience in HR functions.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative roles. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysia labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SQL payroll software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including job posting, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  2. Maintain and update employee records and HR database.
  3. Handle payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
  4. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  5. Manage employee relations and address HR-related queries promptly.
  6. Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  7. Ensure compliance with Malaysia labor laws and statutory regulations.
