A leading HR and payroll services firm in Selangor is seeking a Human Resources Executive to manage payroll processing and provide comprehensive HR administrative support. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in HR management, at least two years of relevant experience, and excellent communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, with responsibilities including payroll management, compliance, and client liaison.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years' experience in payroll processing for 100+ headcount.
  • Must be technology savvy and fluent in English.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a bonus.

Job description

To provide HR and payroll services to clients.

Responsibilities:

Process payroll using QuickPay and iPayroll systems and ensure timely and accurate calculation of all salary, arrears, overtime, incentives and claims.

Ensure accurate and lawful deductions of salary payment such as statutory contributions (EPF, Socso, PCB and Zakat), insurance, over payment, payment in lieu and any other deductions.

Upload salary payments through online banking and ensure salary payment is on time as agreed with client and stipulated by law and regulations.

Set-up HR system for payroll and migrate data (for new clients).

Set-up, update and monitor employee e-leave, e-claims and e-attendance (ESS) system.

Provide HR administration like prepare HR letters including appointment letters, confirmation letters, acceptance of resignation letter, warning letters, memos and maintain filing of personnel files.

Submit HRDC and Socso claims.

Be able to answer clients' queries on payroll and HR compliance matters.

Liaise with relevant authorities for statutory audit.

Any other HR related tasks assigned.

Requirements:

Must possess at least a Diploma in HR Management or Business Studies;

At least 2 years' working experience specializing in payroll processing for at least 100 headcount with multiple portfolios/companies;

Must have good working knowledge of HR2000, Microsoft Office and technology savvy;

Experience with SAP payroll and multi-client environment would be a plus point;

Able to speak, read and write in English fluently and articulate well when communicating with clients;

Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a bonus;

Very well versed in HR practices and compliance with the Employment Act 1955;

Possess a winning mind-set: diligent, work with integrity, self-driven, proactive, friendly.

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and people-oriented.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Be willing to work in Puchong or living in Puchong.
