Job Responsibility

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Human Resource Executive to join our dynamic team. To support the full spectrum of human resource functions including recruitment, payroll administration, learning and development, performance management, and general HR operations, ensuring effective delivery and compliance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, shortlisting, interview arrangements, and candidate communication.
  • Coordinate and attend interviews; support hiring managers during selection process.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Maintain updated job descriptions and organizational charts.
  • Liaise with external agencies, universities, and job platforms for internship and hiring needs.
  • Payroll & HR Administration
  • Compile, verify, and process monthly payroll and allowances in coordination with Finance.
  • Ensure accuracy in employee attendance, leave records, and overtime claims.
  • Administer statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) and ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Prepare HR letters (e.g., offer letters, confirmation, transfer, warning).
  • Maintain employee files and HR documentation in a confidential and organized manner.
  • Learning & Development (L&D)
  • Coordinate employee training needs and support execution of Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
  • Schedule, track, and evaluate internal and external training programs.
  • Maintain training records and support HRDF claims (if applicable).
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement or development programs.
  • Performance Management System (PMS)
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal cycles.
  • Assist managers and staff with performance tools and documentation.
  • Track progress on performance reviews and follow up on goal settings and mid-year evaluations.
  • Help identify gaps for employee improvement plans or development actions.
  • General HR Support
  • Provide day-to-day support on HR-related queries and employee relations matters.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and recommend improvements where applicable.
  • Support audits, ISO compliance, and HR reporting activities.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee welfare programs.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification: Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a generalist HR role is an advantage.
