Human Resource Executive

Job Responsibility

Responsibilities:

1. Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
2. Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
3. Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
4. Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
5. Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
6. Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
7. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
8. Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
9. Managing employee onboard and offboard processes
10. Training and development
11. Maintaining company culture
12. Maintaining a safe work environment
13. Any adhoc task assigned by Management when needed

Job Requirements

Job Summary:
As an HR Executive at One Hope Charity & Welfare, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle from hiring to separation. This includes managing HR-related tasks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing HR support to the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Diploma in human resources management or related field
2. 3 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably Female candidate
3. Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Strong organizational and time management skills and execution ability
7. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
8. Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
9. Able to work with minimum supervision / independently
10. Required language: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
11. Must have own transport
