Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Support and assist with company culture HR activities.
  2. Assist with administrative tasks within the company.
  3. Manage documentation, including letter preparations and HR data collection.
  4. Support recruitment activities as needed.
  5. Perform any additional HR and ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
  6. Contribute to, comply with, and commit to the company's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System, ensuring full compliance with international standards, legal requirements, local regulations, and codes of practice.

Requirements
  • Possess at least a Bachelor's or Professional Degree in Human Resources Development.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Human Resources department.
  • Strong financial analytical skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • People-oriented with good communication skills across all levels.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
