- Maintain and control general human resource and administration affairs.
- Plan and manage recruitment activities to ensure adequate manpower supply.
- Assist in issues pertaining to transfer, confirmation, resignation, etc.
- Prepare HR operations budget.
- Manage employee relations matters.
- Conduct and promote HR policies and procedures.
- Promote human development and training programs.
- Assist in the improvement and implementation of training programs.
- Assist in training program evaluation.
- Implement induction programs, Corporate Motto programs, etc.
- Assist in establishing human development programs such as competency and ability programs.
- Assist in compensation and benefits programs.
- Assist in performance review programs for effective implementation.
- Calculate and manage payroll activities and systems as required.
- Propose and maintain benefits programs such as medical, health, insurance, and leaves.
- Coordinate company programs to promote team building.
- Ensure HR-related risk compliance.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with current and new legal requirements.
- Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure local regulation compliance as needed.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by superiors.
Education:
Minimum degree in Human Resource Management or related field with 2 years of experience. Experience in the food industry and managing liaison with government bodies is advantageous.
