A leading company in the F&B sector is seeking a Human Resources Executive to enhance their HR functions. The role includes talent acquisition, HR operations support, and employee training development. This position requires a motivated individual with a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration and at least 2 years of relevant experience. The candidate must be fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia and have knowledge of Malaysian labor laws.
Recruitment, On-boarding, Confirmation & Off-boarding
Develop and implement programs for talent acquisition, including recruitment, selection, orientation, and job placement.
Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
Build talent pools and pipelines through social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, etc., and engage with external contacts.
Conduct exit interviews up to the executive level and arrange exit interviews for management levels.
Manage remuneration and reward systems, conduct market benchmarking, and revise packages based on market trends and business goals.
Stay updated with market trends and review compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness.
Oversee daily HR operations across multiple restaurants, ensuring consistent HR practices.
Support the performance management cycle, including tracking reviews and feedback sessions.
Collaborate with restaurant managers to address staffing needs, including temporary and seasonal support during peak periods.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR events, such as workshops and team-building activities.
Develop training plans, organize training sessions, and manage training costs.
Conduct orientation programs for new employees.
Liaise with external consultants regarding employee training needs and scheduling.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the F&B sector.
Ability to multitask, be meticulous, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Independent work capability with minimal supervision.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, labor laws, statutory requirements, and relevant regulations.
Hands-on experience and sound knowledge of HR practices.
