Job Responsibility

  • Assist Senior HR/HR Manager in managing full recruitment cycle.
  • Manage candidate pipeline and maintain recruitment records.
  • Support onboarding process for new hires (offer letter, induction, documentation).
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
  • Provide support in other HR functions as needed (employee relations, HR admin).
  • Liaise with government authorities & statutory bodies.
  • Support management in employee engagement & performance management initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in HR or related field.
