Job description

  • Responsible for assisting with Human Resource functions, including recruitment, payroll, administration, and other HR-related matters.
  • Ensure timely processing of payroll and submission of related reports to relevant government authorities such as EPF, Socso, LHDN, etc.
  • Handle staff onboarding procedures, including collecting personal supporting documents, assigning company email, access card, work station, briefing on company policies, and conducting new staff orientation.
  • Manage staff off-boarding procedures, including staff exit processes and re-directing company email.
  • Monitor and process staff confirmation, contract renewal, promotion, salary adjustments, and appraisals in a timely manner.
  • Maintain human resource information system records and compile reports from the database.
  • Update and maintain employee data and personal files (hard and soft copies) based on actual data and documents.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle administrative matters as required.
  • Perform any ad-hoc assignments as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR administrative experience.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrate self-discipline, and multi-task effectively.
  • Experience with Sage UBS Payroll Solution is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of local Employment Act and statutory guidelines.
