- Responsible for assisting with Human Resource functions, including recruitment, payroll, administration, and other HR-related matters.
- Ensure timely processing of payroll and submission of related reports to relevant government authorities such as EPF, Socso, LHDN, etc.
- Handle staff onboarding procedures, including collecting personal supporting documents, assigning company email, access card, work station, briefing on company policies, and conducting new staff orientation.
- Manage staff off-boarding procedures, including staff exit processes and re-directing company email.
- Monitor and process staff confirmation, contract renewal, promotion, salary adjustments, and appraisals in a timely manner.
- Maintain human resource information system records and compile reports from the database.
- Update and maintain employee data and personal files (hard and soft copies) based on actual data and documents.
- Assist in updating and maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR policies and procedures.
- Handle administrative matters as required.
- Perform any ad-hoc assignments as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR administrative experience.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrate self-discipline, and multi-task effectively.
- Experience with Sage UBS Payroll Solution is an advantage.
- Knowledge of local Employment Act and statutory guidelines.
