With a strong presence globally, they are now expanding into the Malaysian market and seeking a driven Human Resource Executive to manage the full spectrum of the HR department.

Job Summary:

The Human ResourceExecutive is responsible for supporting the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, HR policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal standards. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Manage HR documentation such as offer letters, employment contracts, and attendance records.
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Support in performance management processes.
  • Coordinate with external partners for services like background checks, training providers, etc.
  • Participate in HR projects (e.g., help implement new HR systems).
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Organize and manage HR events and activities (e.g., employee engagement programs, team-building events).

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 -3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Good understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
