  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR or related functions.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia; strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiar with Malaysian labor laws and general HR administrative procedures.
  • Strong execution skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Basic problem-solving skills with a proactive and responsible work attitude.
  • Detail-oriented, patient, and passionate about human resources with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Assist in executing HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, and offboarding.
  • Support recruitment activities including interview scheduling and maintaining the talent database.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits tasks, such as attendance consolidation, overtime calculation, and allowance submissions.
  • Support employee training programs and engagement activities to foster positive employee relations.
  • Maintain and organize HR documents, reports, and records of personnel changes.
  • Respond to general HR-related inquiries and provide administrative and process support.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and procurement-related duties.
