What do we need you to do (Your Key Responsibilities):

Recruitment Management: Handle the entire recruitment process from monitoring manpower requisitions, job postings, selection, interview arrangements, to job offers and onboarding.

HR System Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate HR records, ensuring our HR system is always up-to-date.

Documentation: Prepare essential documents such as letters, contracts, and memos.

Payroll Administration: Monitor and manage payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate salary payouts, statutory payments, and compliance with all statutory requirements.

What We’re Looking For (Job Requirements):

Languages: MANDARIN is a must, English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Educational Background: A diploma or bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience: Prior experience in HR role is a plus.

Availability: Ability to start immediately is an added advantage.
