Job description

Job Purpose:

To manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, staff records, payroll coordination, and employee engagement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in posting job ads, screening candidates, and arranging interviews
  • Coordinate onboarding process including document collection and orientation
  • Maintain and update staff profiles, contracts, and HR files

2. Payroll & Attendance Support

  • Track staff attendance, leave applications, and timesheets
  • Prepare monthly payroll data and liaise with finance for processing
  • Ensure statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS) are submitted on time

3. HR Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR reports
  • Prepare HR letters (e.g., confirmation, warning, resignation, termination)
  • Ensure HR practices comply with company SOP and Malaysian labour law

4. Employee Relations & Support

  • Be the contact point for HR-related queries from staff
  • Assist in organizing staff engagement activities and resolving minor grievances
  • Support performance review processes and staff feedback collection

  • Office-based in Semenyih HQ:
  • No. 1A, Jalan P4/7, Bandar Teknologi Kajang, 43500 Semenyih, Selangor
  • Requires coordination with various departments and maintaining confidentiality
