Job summary

A hospital known for its quality healthcare is seeking a Human Resources Executive to support training programs and HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a relevant HR degree or diploma with strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. The role includes ensuring compliance with health safety standards and managing training logistics within the department.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years’ experience as a HR Generalist.
  • Experience with HRD Corp claim procedures.
  • Certified HRD Corp Train The Trainer is a plus.

  • Manage employee training logistics and departmental budget.

  • Assist in preparing training materials, organizing training sessions, and coordinating logistics for in-house programs, including employee orientation, external training sessions, and safety fairs.
  • Facilitate the "Introduction to Healthcare Services" session for new employees and conduct New Employee Orientation when needed.
  • Source, select, and evaluate internal and external trainers for various programs.
  • Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies as needed.
  • Manage employee upgrading and sponsorship contracts, including preparation, online stamping, and tracking.
  • Manage the departmental training budget, apply for HRD Corp grants, and track claims.
  • Assist with employee training logistics, including registration, payments, and travel arrangements.
  • Support HR functions, including preparation of training expense reports, and assist in activities to improve employee morale and retention.
  • Coordinate the booking of training rooms and ensure timely renewal of training provider licenses.
  • Assist in conducting training, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), MSQH, JCI, and other relevant regulations.

Job Requirement :

  • Bachelor or Diploma in HR Management or its equivalent with at least 3 years’ experience as a HR Generalist
  • Must possess experience with HRD Corp claim procedures.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin and other languages is a plus).
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Certified HRD Corp Train The Trainer is a plus.
