A building materials company in Johor is seeking a Human Resource Executive to handle HR operations and support staff management.   • Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in HR operations or generalist role
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems

  • Assist in recruitment activities (posting jobs, arranging interviews, follow-ups)
  • Coordinate staff training, medical checkups, and other welfare matters
  • Handle HR letters (confirmation, resignation, warning, etc.)
  • Assist in employee engagement and internal communication
  • Support audits, HR reporting, and documentation
  • Familiar with FWCMS, CIDB application and renew lessen
