Jeks Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and driven Human Resource Executive to join our thriving team in Ampang, Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time role, this position will play a vital part in supporting our growing organisation and driving key HR initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, including coordinating interviews, background checks, and orientation programmes.
• Maintain employee records and personnel files, ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.
• Administer employee benefits, including leave management, insurance, and retirement plans.
• Provide support for employee relations matters, such as performance management, disciplinary procedures, and grievances.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce.
• Collaborate with other departments to address HR-related queries and concerns.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.
