EnableU is looking for a highly organised and driven Human Resource Coordinator to join our expanding HR team. As a Human Resource Coordinator, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for our Disability and Home Care services. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from advertising job openings and managing the talent pool to completing initial screenings and ensuring that recruitment is seamless. Your work will be vital in ensuring that we consistently provide the right staff for our clients in the disability and aged care sectors. Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Process: Sourcing candidates, screening applications, managing talent pools, and coordinating with teams to meet client needs.
  • Advertising & Promotion: Creating and managing job ads on various platforms, including social media and job boards. Running sponsored ads and optimising ad performance to attract qualified candidates.
  • Administrative Support: Maintaining accurate recruitment records, assisting with reports, and providing general administrative assistance such as document management, email monitoring, data entry, and meeting coordination.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Responding to employee queries, contributing to HR process improvements, and providing reception support by professionally handling incoming calls and inquiries.
