Job Description

・Assist the Corporate Planning Manager in developing, formulating, and implementing disciplinary policies and procedures.
・Review and verify cases reported to HR involving misconduct/employment issues and liaise with respective departments and subsidiaries for investigation.
・Draft disciplinary correspondence, prosecute Domestic Inquiry, and provide internal consultation on disciplinary actions against employee(s).
・Investigate and escalate staff grievances to the appropriate channels.
・Provide counselling to employees on work-related problems.
・Represent the Company in any industrial disputes at the Industrial/Labour Court and attend to any labour or IR cases, when necessary, on behalf of the Management.
・Administer and update on changes to Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and any other related Acts and Regulations.
・Establish good relationships with relevant industry players, legal practitioners, and related government and non-governmental agencies.
・Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, candidate screening, background screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding activities.
・Prepare monthly payroll reports, ensuring proper and accurate payroll reports to the Finance department.
・Support compensation and benefits (C&B) matters.

Qualifications

Requirements

■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
・Possess over 8 years of HR working experience in the manufacturing industry.
・Possess at least 1 year of managerial experience.
・Experience handling a company with 500 ~ 1,000 employees.
・Good IR-related experience and experience dealing with Union.
・Must be willing to work in Sendayan (Seremban) area.

■ ADVANTAGES
・Candidate with working experience in a Japanese company has a high advantage.
・Candidate with a legal background has a high advantage.
・Candidate with experience working in a Japanese company has an advantage.

8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Holidays

Saturday and Sunday off.

Monday ~ Thursday:
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM
- Lunch Time: 12:00 PM ~ 1:00 PM

Friday:
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM ~ 6:00 PM
- Lunch Time: 12:30 PM ~ 2:30 PM
