Job description

Job Responsibility

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll administration, performance management, and employee relations
  • Manage the complete payroll process, including salary calculations, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB), and deductions.
  • Prepare monthly payroll reports, government submissions, and ensure timely payments.
  • Monitor staff attendance, leave adjustments, medical claims, and maintain up-to-date payroll records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and alignment with the company's strategic goals
  • Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the company hires the best talent.
  • Oversee new employee induction, orientation, and foster a positive onboarding experience.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the Manpower supply industry
  • Fresh graduates with exceptional working attitude will be considered
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HR2000 Payroll system
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field
