Job Responsibility
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll administration, performance management, and employee relations
- Manage the complete payroll process, including salary calculations, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB), and deductions.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports, government submissions, and ensure timely payments.
- Monitor staff attendance, leave adjustments, medical claims, and maintain up-to-date payroll records.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and alignment with the company's strategic goals
- Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the company hires the best talent.
- Oversee new employee induction, orientation, and foster a positive onboarding experience.
Qualifications
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the Manpower supply industry
- Fresh graduates with exceptional working attitude will be considered
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HR2000 Payroll system
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field
