Qualifications:
  1. Have 3-5 years of experience in HR field.
  2. Have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  3. Able to communicate in the national language and English.
  4. Have basic knowledge of HR statutory functions.
Responsibilities:
  1. Support the HR Manager in overseeing day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
  2. Participate in the recruitment process: job posting, candidate screening, interview arrangement, and onboarding of new hires.
  3. Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters in line with company policies and Malaysian labor laws.
  4. Ensure employee records, contracts, and HR documentation are up to date and compliant with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, EA, etc.).
  5. Coordinate employee training programs, maintain training records, and support employee growth initiatives.
  6. Assist in monitoring employee performance, probation evaluations, and performance appraisals.
  7. Ensure proper implementation and communication of company policies, procedures, and updates across departments.
  8. Perform other related tasks as necessary.
