Full-cycle recruitment: Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate sourcing, ensuring the best talent joins the team.

Payroll and Administration: Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, manage employee benefits, verify monthly overtime and staff movements to ensure timely and accurate compensation.

Training and Development: Conduct orientation programs, organize training activities, and oversee performance management to foster a culture of growth and excellence.

Employee Relations: Ensure adherence to employment laws, conduct HR audits, and maintain accurate documentation to support the organization's legal and ethical standards.

Foreign Worker Management: Oversee work pass applications, workers’ health conditions, and other related matters for foreign workers.

Administrative Oversight: Manage office operations, vendor relationships, and procurement processes to maintain a smooth and efficient work environment.

Reporting and Analytics: Generate HR metrics and administrative reports to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and industry trends.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Mandarin, Malay, and English is required.
