Responsibilities:
- Manage and support day to day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, leave management and HR documentation for Singapore office;
- Maintain accurate employee records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and local employment regulations;
- Handle HR-related queries from employees, providing timely and accurate responses;
- Assist with the preparation of HR reports and analytics as required;
- Assist in any other HR initiatives as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in operational or administrative roles;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS);
- Good command of English;
- Good understanding of Singapore employment law;
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
