Human Resource Assistant
Job description
Job Responsibility
- Update daily attendance reports
- Handle the daily administrative and HR duties
- Assist in payroll preparation
- Coordinate foreign worker's work permit renewal/end contract/hostel management
- Handle disciplinary issues and provide workers counselling
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior/management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the HR field
- SPM qualification
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook
- Ability to start work with short notice will be an advantage
