Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Update daily attendance reports
  • Handle the daily administrative and HR duties
  • Assist in payroll preparation
  • Coordinate foreign worker's work permit renewal/end contract/hostel management
  • Handle disciplinary issues and provide workers counselling
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior/management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the HR field
  • SPM qualification
  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Ability to start work with short notice will be an advantage
