This role combines expertise in full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations to drive organizational growth and ensure a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sourcing top talent, managing HR processes, and fostering a compliant and inclusive workplace.

The Challenges
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, assessing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recommend suitable candidates.
  • Manage partnerships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring high-quality candidate recommendations.
  • Coordinate smooth onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and integration of new hires into the company culture.
  • Facilitate offboarding procedures, ensuring compliance with HR regulations and maintaining a positive exit experience for departing employees.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
What It Takes
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administrationor related discipline.
  • Experience in HR and recruitment processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
