R.A.I.N. is seeking a Human Resource and Administration specialist to enhance operations at their Kampung Kepayang office. This role involves managing the employee lifecycle, overseeing HR administration, and supporting organizational development. About the role
As the Human Resource and Administration specialist at Rain', you will play a critical role in supporting the overall people and operations functions of our thriving Perak-based organisation. Responsible for a wide range of HR and administrative duties, this full-time role will see you based at our Kampung Kepayang office, contributing to the continued success and growth of our business.
What you'll be doing
Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding
Oversee HR administration, including payroll, benefits, leave management and employee records
Facilitate training and development opportunities to upskill our talented team
Serve as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Support general office administration tasks as needed
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a fast-paced, growing organisation
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the capacity to multitask and prioritise effectively
Proficient in the use of HR and office productivity software
A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine passion for supporting people and teams
Can speak Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
