About the role

POLIKLINIK MY DR' are looking for a motivated and experienced Human Resource and Admin Executive to join their team in Kluang, Johor. This full-time position will be responsible for overseeing all human resource and administrative functions within the organisation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's human capital management.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and offboarding.
  2. Administer employee benefits, payroll, leave and other HR-related processes.
  3. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and initiatives to support the company's strategic goals.
  4. Maintain employee records and generate HR reports as required.
  5. Oversee general administrative duties such as managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and maintaining filing systems.
  6. Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to identify and address HR-related needs.

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR and administrative role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  3. Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organisation.
  5. Proficient in MS Office suite and HR management software.
  6. Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
  7. Passionate about contributing to the growth and development of the company.
