Human Resource & Administration Executive

Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement recruiting plans and strategies to fulfill company staffing needs.
  2. Process payroll, remit payroll taxes, handle government reporting, and prepare payroll statements in compliance with regulations.
Job Duties
Recruitment Specialist
  • Screen resumes to identify candidates meeting minimum requirements.
  • Short-list potential candidates for interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
  • Conduct reference and background checks.
  • Follow up on interview processes.
  • Act as liaison with employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
  • Prepare and issue appointment, promotion, and resignation letters.
  • Report employment activities timely.
Payroll Officer
  • Maintain payroll data, calculate wages, bonuses, allowances, and overtime, and report to Finance.
  • Update payroll records for exemptions, insurance, deductions, and transfers.
  • Calculate payroll liabilities including taxes and social security contributions, and prepare year-end forms.
  • Manage employee leave records and interface with payroll system.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to payroll inquiries.
  • Follow payroll policies and procedures, and attend relevant workshops.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.

Coordinate foreign workers recruitment and manage application quotas, liaising with relevant authorities and agencies to ensure compliance.

  • Manage foreign workers' welfare, accommodation, passport validity, and work permit processes.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Social Sciences, or equivalent.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently with multiple priorities.
  • Result-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Industrialized Building System (IBS) is a plus.
