GENIC TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. – Sepang, Selangor

Genic Technology (Malaysia) Sdn.Bhd. is a newly established Japanese manufacturing company, founded in 2025. Headquartered in Osaka, Japan, the company specializes in manufacturing and manufacturing-related services, combining both manufacturing and trading functions. Despite being a new entrant in the industry, the company has rapidly expanded its presence across Asia, with branch offices in China, Singapore, and Thailand, supporting its regional operations and customer base.

Responsibilities

HR

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the Company’s objectives.
  • Oversee full spectrum of HR operations / KPI Management.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection process from job posting, shortlisting, arranging interviews.
  • Maintain, update personnel records, leave records, medical claim record.
  • Process payrolls including overtime, SOSSO, EPF submission, statutory compliance, and benefits administration.
  • Compile monthly HR reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Address employees’ queries on HR-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Other tasks may be assigned as necessary according to organizational needs.

Administrative

  • Oversee all administrative tasks in the office. Address general inquiries, collect mails, issue uniforms, access cards, etc.
  • Acquire and maintain office furnishings, equipment and supplies (e.g., stationery orders).
  • Liaise with external vendors and provide administrative support for insurance, recruitment, facility maintenance (e.g., air-conditioning, copier machine, fire alarm, hoist lift, office cleanliness, water cooler).
  • Liaise with Shanghai office on email server matters, creating/deleting email accounts.
  • Update the Company Organization chart and contact list.
Requirements
  • Minimum in Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in manufacturing industry with management experience.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian labour law and HR best practices.
  • Punctuality, proactive, organized, meticulous, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to practice a high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to converse & write Chinese in order to liaise with Shanghai colleagues.
  • Preferable if available immediately or on short notice.
