Job Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives and local labor laws, ensuring compliance and consistency across the organization.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Oversee administrative functions, including office management, procurement, vendor management, and facility maintenance, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, leave management, and benefits enrollment, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Utilize AutoCount and other relevant software to manage HR and administrative data, generate reports, and analyze trends to support decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a Human Resources and Administrative role, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR functions and administrative procedures.
- Proficiency in AutoCount accounting software and general IT literacy, with the ability to utilize technology to streamline HR and administrative processes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Strong administrative skills, including record-keeping, report generation, and office management, ensuring efficient operations.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, enabling effective interaction with a diverse workforce and stakeholders.
