Job Responsibility
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department in day-to-day operations.
- Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and smooth transition.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Assist in preparing HR-related letters, memos, and reports.
- Coordinate and support HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities, training, and internal communications.

Requirement
- Bachelorâs Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in HR are welcome.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and resourceful with good organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
