About the role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Human Resource professional to join our team at Manjoy Gadget Malaysia Sdn Bhd in our Ipoh, Perak office. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our growing business and ensuring we attract, develop and retain the best talent.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the full employee life cycle from recruitment to onboarding, training, development and offboarding
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures and best practices
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs, source and screen candidates, and facilitate the hiring process
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters such as benefits, compensation and performance management
  • Organise and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement
  • Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports as required
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the HR function and the overall employee experience

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of generalist HR experience, preferably within the manufacturing or technology industry
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, HR best practices and talent management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and make data-driven recommendations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, HR information systems and payroll software
  • Proactive, adaptable and solution-oriented with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
