A leading company in Malaysia seeks an HR Assistant to handle HR processes, recruitment, and employee records management. The ideal candidate has a diploma in HR and at least a year of relevant experience. This role offers a monthly salary of RM 3,500 to RM 4,000 with additional benefits including a transportation allowance and performance bonuses.
• Handle HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, attendance, and payroll
• Assist in recruitment activities: job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling
• Manage employee records, contracts, and statutory submissions (EPF/SOCSO/EIS)
• Support employee relations, festive benefits, training, and other HR initiatives
• Assist with general administrative tasks such as office supplies and event coordination
Job Requirements:
• Diploma or higher; background in Human Resources or Administrative Management is preferred
• Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage
• Minimum 1 year of HR or administrative experience
• Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and strong interpersonal skills
• Responsible, with a strong sense of confidentiality and service mindset
• Monthly salary: RM 3,500 – RM 4,000 (negotiable based on experience)
• Alternate Saturday work schedule (off every other Saturday)
