Qualifications

About the Job

The Generalist will undergo a comprehensive rotational programme within various sections under Human Capital Division. The role will provide exposure to different Human Capital functions to support the company's employees throughout their lifecycle and promote positive employee experience.

  • Participate in a 2-year programme within the Human Capital Division for you to kick start your career.
  • Undergo On-the-Job (OTJ) training across sections within the Human Capital Division. The rotation will be personalised according to your career aspirations and competencies.
  • Gain insights in Human Capital management with opportunity to be rotated to various functions comprise Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, People Services, Payroll, Rewards & Performance and Data & Technology and Learning & Development.
  • Familiarise with Human Capital functions that helps in discover your passion and building foundation for your long-term career plan.
  • Participate in various projects within the Human Capital division.
  • Accelerate personal growth through personal development interventions.

We are looking for people with

  • A recognised bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum CGPA of 3.50/ 4.00
  • Professional certification in human resources or a related area is a plus.
  • Fresh graduate or with less than 1 year working experience.
  • Previous internship or work experience in human resource or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with human resource functions and processes will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
