Job Description

  • Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required
  • Working location: Tuaran 89150, Sabah
  • Lead and establish operation processes in the hub during start-up phase
  • Track, monitor and ensure on-time shipment delivery from picked up to end customer
  • Manage and hire Staff / Subcon / Part time driver / rider
  • Handle cash on delivery money and ensure to bank-in everyday
  • Coordinate between hub, warehouse outbound and linehaul for smooth operation
  • Work closely with customer service and assist on handling customer request
  • Control inventory and take care of every shipment to reduce the risk of missing and damaged parcel
  • Manage and ensure hub is meeting 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardise, Sustain) standard

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Logistic Warehousing, Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics operations is preferred.
  • Candidates currently based in Sabah and legally allowed to work in accordance with state law requirements are encouraged to apply
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills required, along with general computer proficiency
  • Familiarity with postcodes / routing / mapping would be of good use
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguous situations
  • Fast learner, comfortable with a dynamic environment
