Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead and establish operation processes in the hub during start-up phase.
2. Track, monitor, and ensure on-time shipment delivery from pickup to end customer.
3. Manage and hire staff, subcontractors, part-time drivers, and riders.
4. Handle cash on delivery money and ensure daily bank-in.
5. Coordinate between hub, warehouse outbound, and linehaul for smooth operations.
6. Work closely with customer service and assist in handling customer requests.
7. Control inventory and ensure shipments are properly managed to reduce missing or damaged parcels.
8. Manage and ensure the hub meets 5S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / O Level / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Good command of Bahasa Melayu (Kuala Lumpur) and English for stakeholder communication.
• Preferably 3-5 years of experience in Logistics / Supply Chain or related fields.
• Willing to work on shifts, 6 days a week, based on team arrangements.
• Ability to commit to rotational shift work.
