Overview

Address the wireless communication and digital transformation needs of the enterprise market, helping enterprise customers achieve their business objectives and success. Conduct market insights and industry trend analysis, develop market strategies, and identify effective sales opportunities to drive the growth of Enterprise Wireless Solutions. Oversee the marketing and sales of enterprise wireless solutions in the region, ensuring growth, profitability, and achievement of business targets. Lead branding efforts for enterprise wireless solutions in the region, executing marketing activities based on product and customer segmentation to enhance the brand and increase product competitiveness. Collaborate with and empower partners to jointly expand the enterprise wireless market and drive business development.

Responsibilities
  • Address the wireless communication and digital transformation needs of the enterprise market, helping enterprise customers achieve their business objectives and success.
  • Conduct market insights and industry trend analysis, develop market strategies, and identify effective sales opportunities to drive the growth of Enterprise Wireless Solutions.
  • Oversee the marketing and sales of enterprise wireless solutions in the region, ensuring growth, profitability, and achievement of business targets.

  • Collaborate with and empower partners to jointly expand the enterprise wireless market and drive business development.
Education & Experience

Education Background:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in ICT-related fields (e.g., Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, etc.).
  2. Strong understanding of the enterprise ICT solutions business.
  3. In-depth knowledge of 4G/5G wireless products, including Base Stations, Core Networks, etc.

A team player with a self-motivated, results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.

Working Experience:

  1. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mobile communications, with a solid foundation in communication network fundamentals and knowledge of wireless products and comprehensive solutions.
  2. Familiarity with mobile communication industry application scenarios, with a strong understanding of business models, network requirements, solution integration, and ecosystem collaboration.
  3. In-depth understanding of the 5G market, key 5G technologies, and related application scenarios.

Experience in product sales, product management, brand marketing, or wireless communication network planning, with excellent market planning skills, competitive strategy development, and strong market analysis and structured thinking abilities.

Additional Requirements
  • Knowledge of ICT environment, strategic partners for solutions, industry and business trends in order to be able to build solutions is an advantage.
  • With excellent English verbal and written ability.
  • Team player with strong communication, interpersonal skills and project management skill.
  • Good command of presentation and communication skills is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to business travel in Asia Pacific countries.
