Zusammenfassung

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety and Environmental programs for a high-profile corporate portfolio in Malaysia, with regional APAC support.

The role ensures compliance with Malaysian legislation, strengthens workplace safety culture, and provides expert HSE leadership in a corporate office. You will collaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders to align standards.

Qualifikationen

Degree in OSH, environmental science, engineering or related discipline.
5–7 years HSE experience in corporate/workplace settings.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian safety legislation and DOSH.
Experience with risk assessments, investigations, CAPA.

Aufgaben

Lead implementation and improvement of HSE programs in Malaysia.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian health and safety laws and DOSH.
Act as local HSE expert for risk management and regulatory guidance.
Support Safety Committees and conduct hazard assessments.
Manage incident investigations, CAPA and corrective actions.
