Job description

Assist in monitoring and enforcing safety regulations, standards, and procedures at the workplace.

Ensure employees adhere to safety policies and procedures.

Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Assist in conducting safety training, Toolbox Talks, and awareness programs.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory HSE requirements.

Report safety incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions to management.

Maintain and update HSE records and documentation.

Coordinate with internal departments and external regulatory agencies for safety compliance.

Support emergency response planning and drills.

Perform any other HSE-related tasks as assigned by the management.

Job Specifications:
1. Gender: Male/Female

2.Academic Qualification: Certificate or Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) or equivalent (preferably NIOSH-certified).

3. Certification: Must possess a Certified Green Card from CIDB Malaysia.

4.Working Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in a health and safety role, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or an industrial environment.

5.Technical Skills: Knowledge of workplace safety regulations, hazard identification, and risk assessment techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

6.Personal Skills: Good communication skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

7.Attitude: Responsible, safety-conscious, proactive, and able to work independently.
